School is starting soon and since I justed moved across the country to a completely different environment(weather is hotter more humid)I’m not sure what to do for the first day because from what I’ve seen my fashion sense is totally different than everyone here.whenever I walk in a restaurant or a store people look at me. Guys like it but I think girls are intimidated. I LOVE FASHION!I love clothes, jewlery, shoes, purses, and especially makeup. Its all very important to me.but from what I’ve seen here noone else really dresses like me. I dress like kim kardashian very womanly and sophisticated I love jewlery and heels. But the people here dress beachy and very casual. I see a ton of hollister and aero. And I grew out of that phase when I was in the 8th grade. I’ve grown up and I want to dress like one as well as act like one. But I don’t want to be an outcast either should I do who I am or dress like I’m someone I no longer am?

The plants like to be about a foot apart or a little less, and grow 3-4 feet high. I dont have tons of money and will build it myself. I would like to grow about 40 plants. these are going to poppies, like california poppies so as you know they need to be spaced out some. I only have a small space, about the size of a small kitchen to grow them in.. I will be using flourescent shop lights.. I have done this successfully with a deep water culture system using 14 gallon rubbermaid containers before, but only got about 6 plants per container, how can I maxmize my growth with limited space? Detailed answer will take the cake.

Answer by w b
if money is a limiting factor, why go for a hydroponic setup.you can go for something which will get the same results that will not cost you as much money.what you need to is plant your plants in a soilless medium, and then hand feed with a suitable nutrient mix,it may be more labour-intensive than a hydroponic setup, but the results will be similar.

Here’s my weekly movie. Factors are really going nicely. I minimize the pumpkin out of its pot and planted it in the floor. It was root bound….not adequate space for the roots to grow. I prepare to treat the spaghetti squash likewise….afraid of tearing up the plant if I eliminate the whole pot, so I am going to lower out the bottom one/2 of the pot, dig a hole, till up the soil and plunk it in to give the roots place to develop. Thanks for lookin’ and if you have any advice, remember to go away me a post. I am constantly enthusiastic to discover.

Answer by Ian D
The output of light is very low. It is likely most plants will die from lack of light.

Instead of this, get different light bulbs and wires, and buy some coloured acetate sheets (probably can be it in stationary store). Suggested colours are:

blue
red
green
clear*

(*you need clear acetate to show that it is the COLOUR that is affecting the plants in the other experiments, not just the acetate)
